So me and wife went vehicle shopping. I have it in my head that I'm not going through a dealership! On our way towards home I happen to notice a nice Dodge truck on a lot of Buyers Market! I decided to stop in and in reality I needed to buy our daughter a decent graduation car. I jump out and start to look over the dodge and come to realize that this is my dream truck! I held it in because being next to my wife would make things worse if I only thought about myself. James a super nice guy the "Mississippi guy" come out to help me. He gave me the price on the Dodge so I directed my attention on a car for our daughter because I new the Dodge wouldn't happen. He looked at me and said "I have a two vehicle deal for you!" I laughed in disbelief! Boy was I so wrong. James made it happen right before my eyes. They did their number crunching and gave me one hell of a deal! I got my dream truck and my daughter got her dream car! These guys are wonderful! I'm definitely going to refer family and friends to them!

I had the nightmare of my car not starting, had it towed to Buyers Market and within a couple hours they had the issue figured out, not only that...Shaun took it upon himself to do some research and discovered the issue was so common that there was an extended warranty, and then called the Ford dealerships in the area and gave them the codes and VIN number to make sure it was covered!!! He then went the extra mile to get the car towed across town to the dealership at no charge!! It’s scary enough for a girl to have to try and figure this out but with the incredible customer service I received I would recommend them to anyone!!
